beautiful arrangement but poor customer service

Very poor customer service I don't recommend just for for it. I received confirmation for scheduled delivery November 27 -December 2nd, but my arrangement was delivered a week later, nobody notified me, nobody explained why it is delay. I tries to contact a customer service for it but nobody responded to my complain. My best friend did not get her birthday gift on her birthday.
